A film made from the people who know them.

The best birthday films are not about the person — they are by the people around them. You collect short clips and old photographs from family and friends, we cut them into one message, and it plays once, in a room, on the day.

In practice

How the collection works

You send one link to everyone taking part, with a line about what to record. Thirty seconds each is enough. We handle the order, the pacing and the transitions, and we will tell you if a clip cannot be used before we start cutting.

  • Any number of contributors, from four upward.
  • Vertical clips are welcome — 9:16 delivery keeps them full-frame.
  • Old photographs used as the connective tissue between clips.
  • A name-and-date title card at the end, set to the birthday.

FAQ

Before you send anything

How far ahead?
Two to three weeks is comfortable for a collection film; a week is possible if the clips arrive quickly.
Can it be a surprise?
Yes — we never contact the person the film is for. All correspondence goes to you.
What if someone sends nothing usable?
We cut without them rather than hold the film; you decide whether to ask for a re-record.

The date is fixed. The film is not.

Send the date and how many people are taking part. We will confirm whether the timeline works before you commit.
